Returns & Refund Policy

Section 1: General
Upon transfer of products to the shipping carrier, all sales become final. The Company does not accept returns or issue refunds for any products after this transfer of custody occurs.

Section 2: Exception
Notwithstanding Section 1, if a product received materially differs from its description on the Company Sites, customers may return such item within 30 business days of delivery. This exception applies exclusively to cases of material misrepresentation and requires compliance with all procedures outlined in our Terms of Service .
